Exchange Eligibility Guidelines
Eligible for Exchange
- Items unworn, unwashed, and without perfume/makeup marks
- Original garment tags attached and intact
- Shoes tried on clean indoor floors only
- Bags with original dust protection packaging
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Intimates, bodysuits, and earrings (hygiene regulations)
- Items with noticeable wear, alterations, or damage
- Requests initiated past the 7-day delivery window
